Pre-construction
We set the MEP schedule against yours. Each trade partner pulls its own permit under its own license.
Rough-in
Material is ordered to the schedule. The three trades are sequenced so nobody waits on anybody.
Inspections
We keep inspections on your schedule and get anything that fails fixed and called back.
Trim and punch
We walk punch with you and close every item.
Closeout
Final lien waivers, receipts and closeout documents, in one package.
